Apparently, the construction of sewers is very problematic. I would like to thank the emergency workers and especially the cleaners Natalia and her colleague, who calmly and patiently cleaned everything up. Thank you for your hard work and patience!!!
It seems that employees work only in order to serve their time. It took 1.5 hours to apply for a passport, despite the fact that there were only 2 people in front of me. Specialists have conversations with each other, do not call the next visitor for a long time, pretending to fill out documents or search for something on the computer
The most terrible of organizations! We paid a lot of money for the approval of turnkey redevelopment, in the end we had to do everything ourselves. The staff are rude and incompetent! There is a separate conversation about the maintenance of the house by this organization. They don't do anything, even basic cleaning in the house, for which we pay money monthly is unclear.
The redevelopment department works perfectly, promptly, everything was explained in an accessible way, helped to figure it out, the documents were quickly processed. Well done, guys! Thank you very much!)
It is almost impossible to get through, a maximum of 4 windows work from 9, sometimes 2-3. There are very few places, there are always a lot of people. The wait is long. On the plus side, the staff is often pleasant.

I am saddened. There are 2 windows out of 7, in order to get a certificate in a minute, you need to sit in a huge queue with those who decide the issue for an hour, according to the type of redevelopment, check-in and registration. We decided to save money and made a pen with 7 windows for the huge Minsk world, of which 5 do not work.
Applications sent in the personal account are adjusted in order to show the meaning from the manager's side, which is convenient for them.

They haven't been able to fix the elevator for several months. It breaks down several times a day. What is the point of installing good elevators if your would-be employees do not know how or do not want to maintain them?
