I think this is the best hotel in its price niche. It's better in real life than in the photo
Modern interior, refrigerator, TV, a wonderful set of hygiene products, slippers. Two bottles of water. The room is very clean. Perfectly clean. The water pressure is excellent. I didn't really understand the location, but we got to the very center very quickly. There is a varied buffet for breakfast. We'll stop here next time too.

It looks decent. But as often happens, there is a "but".
I ordered 2 rooms almost a month before arrival. I arrived at the hotel not on the day of check-in, but the next morning, it turned out that one of the rooms was not ready. Later it turned out that the hotel does not see the second booking. The issue was resolved, but I had to wait for a check-in in the second room.
There was practically no hot or cold water in the room. The water flowed in a barely perceptible trickle. Because of this, it was extremely difficult to wash up.
There were no clean cups or food at breakfast near the end time. There was no staff at breakfast.
The neighbors can be heard very strongly. A call or knock at the next room feels like your room. I can hear the neighbors talking.
Will I come back to this hotel again? No.

Disgusting hotel, arrived at night at 12:20, checked us in at 1:10 because there was no light at the reception! Of course, it's very pleasant to sit on the road and wait for them to find which number we have in a system that doesn't work without lights.
But that's not all! The bed linen was dirty in the room, the duvet covers were not put at all. When I went to tell them about it, they gave me bed linen to MAKE UP MYSELF and said, "They probably didn't prepare it because we had a big race before you." Super, and I should really care, especially at one o'clock in the morning, after I've been waiting for a room for an hour!
Well, this is not the end. The room smells like some kind of cologne. There is no toilet paper. There were stains and hair everywhere on the bedding!
I hope this review will help you avoid such troubles and you will not check into this hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for a week - an amazing hotel!!!
And what a service-the manager is attentive, friendly, smiling, what nice girls both at the reception and in the restaurant,!. I'm thrilled!
I recommend it, now I will only stay in this hotel in Tashkent! 🔥

Clean, simple, there are not enough little things, such as a Wi-Fi password in the room, bathrooms on the 3rd floor, sometimes it smells like sewage, everything does not always drain on time, repairs are very bu. There is a kettle, there is water (the first day), there are no tea bags. The staff is helpful. Breakfast + is normal. The audibility is strong, you can hear everything on the street and from the neighbors from all floors clearly.

The standard and suite rooms are very good. Everything is clean, tidy, new furniture, blackout curtains, TV, air conditioning, comfortable beds. The rooms are spacious. The only thing is, you can add a refrigerator to the rooms. But this is not a problem, there is a refrigerator in the kitchen in the basement.

During the entire stay , they have never been cleaned . They turned off both cold and hot water for a day , interesting of course , but such things need to be thought out so that there are no incidents . The shower is clogged, the water drained for a very long time, standing in the water is not pleasant. There is no refrigerator.

The Internet is always disappearing. In addition to 2 beds, the rooms have 1 mattress on the floor(???)
The beds are not comfortable and hard. The water in the shower does not drain, but simply fills up.
Against the background of all this, I did not even go to breakfast, so as not to be disappointed further and not spoil my morning.
Price/quality - 2 stars.
