Even when placing an order online, you still have to wait in line to sign documents. The room is small. Awaiting registration and for testing on one square meter. The waiting time can be long, more than 10 minutes. Everyone in the queue hears what tests the patient is taking, and so on. It's uncomfortable.
Always fast and pleasant service. Although the readiness of the results is called 3-5 days , they are usually ready in a couple of hours or by the evening of the same day. After blood donation, they give fruit puree and a coupon for free coffee.

I come to this laboratory for the second time today and it feels like I have to beg for information and why I came. The first time I took tests, including blood, where I passed with a bruise for two weeks. And today I came to buy a container for OAM. To begin with, none of the two administrators even greeted me. Secondly, when I said that I wanted to buy a container for OAM, they asked me again why I needed it. Thirdly, the payment was by card and the administrator (a blonde woman who did not even have a badge, neither the first time nor the second) pushes a small part of the terminal through a small restrictive window, when at least last time it was handed to me from the side for convenience, and now I had to poke my phone (payment there was a card in the phone) into this fence, but the terminal did not work for this. And instead of getting up and correcting the situation, the admin just sat there and continued to sit. You know, you still need to look for such terrible service. And I had a young man with me who took the results of the analysis of his previous ones. To which he was asked by the same administrators : "Are you picking up for the 10th just now?" Excuse me, but what kind of question is that? It's not appropriate at all. When the client wanted to, then he came. Please give a correct answer. Because I'm tired of this "no relation".

If you want to quickly take a general blood test with your child in the morning, you do not need to come here, believe me. We arrived 1.5 hours before the doctor's appointment at the clinic. We waited in a queue of three people for about twenty minutes. The service speed leaves much to be desired. I ran into the Invitro next door hoping to change the situation, and there a general blood test is taken only from a vein. I had to go back to Helix and deserve it.
