The staff is quite competent, polite and responsible.
At the reception, the medical coordinators inform you in sufficient detail and well.
The laboratory assistants in the treatment room are sensitive and very attentive, it feels very much like they are trying to maintain a comfortable atmosphere)))
I was pleased that after paying for the tests at the reception and after the procedure itself, they gave me a free coffee coupon, and in the office after the procedure they gave me a delicious apple bar. 😍
Even though it's small things, it was so nice. ☺️
At that moment, I felt like a little girl who had passed tests and went through unpleasant sensations.

I'm not a fan of writing reviews, but today is the right time. I came after making a pre-online UAC order, there were only 2 people in front of me, who were registered with the registrars. They were processed for about 10 minutes. At the moment when it was my turn to register (I was standing with a temperature of 38, I needed an analysis for a visit to the doctor), a "pregnant woman" with the approval of the registrar, whose stomach is not even visible, gets into the queue and begins to register her (another question is why she
needs to be skipped if this is a PAID laboratory, and not a polyclinic, but for all those who find it difficult to stand, there are sofas).The second receptionist just went somewhere. In the end, I stand for another 10 minutes. Taking into account the waiting time for all the paperwork before passing the analysis, I had 40 minutes.
Dear administration! If you
have an influx of clients on a paid basis,
please provide them with 2 receptionists, and not one, as it was
today! We definitely won't go here with our family anymore, because the situation repeats itself many times.

I've been to this lab several times, I really liked everything, I got on the queue once and then only for 15 minutes, the girls at the counter are always polite, they explain everything clearly if necessary several times. The lab technician takes the blood well, it doesn't hurt, they give baby puree and a coupon for coffee in the coffee machine as a gift. Everything is always clean, tidy

Despite the fact that this organization is on the visit list in the insurance policy without prior notification to the insurer, you cannot come even if there is a call from the insurance company on the previous business day. At the reception and in support they talk about a day-to-day visit, which is simply ridiculous considering that the insurance company could not be notified at all and the prescribed tests are indicated in the policy

It's much better now than it was before, when there was a Synevo laboratory here, I haven't visited it yet, but I'll come by sometime.
And then, when there was still a "Synevo" there were very unpleasant employees, especially those who took tests. I didn't have time to get out, I was standing at the exit between the two front doors, and there was also a door to the analysis room and I heard all sorts of nasty things. Horror.
I am glad that now there is a new laboratory and judging by the reviews it is very good.🙂

Everything is super 10 out of 10. I've been walking for years. The medical staff is polite, always attentive, answer all questions calmly, explain competently. The tests most often arrive earlier than the specified date.
There are shoe covers in two corners, a comfortable wardrobe. Coffee and sweets after blood donation, as a bonus. They always help with analyses of what is better to choose and how to take it. If only there were such everywhere :(the strokes are carefully taken.The gynecological office is clean, everything is in place, there is nothing to take with you. I place orders online to save both them and me time. I like everything.

If you feel bad when donating blood, no one will refuse you ammonia, open the window for fresh air and bring some water. Coffee is a nice bonus after.
