It's a great neighborhood, but....
It's impossible to park the car in the evening.
And so, clean air, friendly people, good-quality houses, well-built..
Our beautiful mountains are nearby.
I would live there, but....!
There is everything you need, except for transport infrastructure and a currency exchange point. In general, a good LCD apartment is warm.
I lived for 8 years and was satisfied. The territory is large, it is a pleasure for children.
All Assalamu alaikum
In principle, the LCD is not bad. There are disadvantages: there is no underground parking, few parking spaces in the courtyards, and there is also no barrier to enter the courtyard, so strangers can enter.
The facade of the LCD is boring and cheap. The landing is combined with the floors, so you do not need to go outside to get to the stairs. The house is round, so there is an inconvenience in terms of layout if you combine balconies, loggias with an apartment, as in my case. By the way, the elevator is called automatically after 10 seconds, after opening the door with a magnetic key. Sometimes you don't have time if you're with two or three small children. The disadvantages would be the lack of a good gym and an indoor swimming pool within walking distance for the winter period.
Positive: a good view of the mountains if you have the first line, as in my case. The air is cleaner than in the lower part of the city. And even if on a high floor, it's great to open the windows to ventilate or even sleep with the windows open. A good quadrature, for a 3-room apartment is about 110m2.
