The driver was taking us to shahi zinda instead of Khan Hotel. He did not know where Khan Hotel was even though the address was entered clearly for Khan Hotel. And he didn’t speak English. I had to find the address for him on Google map for him to take us to the hotel. Bad experience for the 2nd time today with Yandex drivers.

Great hotel. Clean room, good breakfast. The staff is very pleasant. They congratulated my mother on her birthday on the day of arrival, and on the day of departure they went to meet us and packed us breakfast, as it was an early departure and we did not have time for the hotel. Very cozy, pleasant and close to the main attractions. For the same price, conditions in Tashkent and Bukhara were much less pleasant. Thank you for the warm welcome!
