I was told that the currency is not directly transferred, and I was advised to first transfer money into amounts and put it on a summation card from Hulk Bank, and then convert these amounts to a visa card through the Khazna application. I followed all the instructions, but their program refuses to convert money. The conversion did not take place either through ATMs, through the cashier, or through the application.
