I ordered the most expensive twister from the menu and it turned out to be impossible to eat (it's very, very bitter, they probably haven't changed the deep-fried oil for several days), there were stubs on the pita bread (apparently from other food and also very burnt). The waiting time was about 17 minutes, with 2 orders on the screen. But there are no questions about the service at the checkout, for which there are 2 stars. The young man in the pick-up area is very polite and even carefully offered to make tea so that he would throw the box away on the spot. The tables in the restaurant are dirty.

I wanted to leave a negative review for a ruined evening. We ordered three cheeseburgers, a bucket of potatoes, sauces and a Coke. There was only one chicken strip in each of the two cheeseburgers. Whoooo???? The third cheeseburger had three small pieces of chicken two centimeters each. There's a whole glass of ice in the coke. Did you get anything wrong? It's not the month of May. The bucket of potatoes is a little more than half full. What are we paying for??? For a bun with ketchup and cheese??? Where do the ingredients go? I ask you to sort out the work of the staff. We have never seen such an outrage.

About the food. The food is constantly cold, you will be lucky if it is cooked right away, and not served what was cooked 3 hours ago. Potatoes are constantly over-salted, which is impossible to eat. There are take burgers, twisters and side dishes, then hair or some dirt is provided in it. It seems that no one cleans the kitchen at all. Drinks. There's an interesting story here. Basically, it is either a drink that is very strongly diluted with water, or an unknown, bitter and slightly gray or yellow liquid. If you compare it with KFC in MOMO, it feels like they work according to different standards and recipes. It's delicious in Momo- but here, money is wasted - food is in the trash.
