I went to this KFC and was very satisfied. The staff works well together, everyone is polite and friendly. I would especially like to mention Director Andrey — it is clear that he monitors the order and quality of service. The food was prepared quickly and really delicious, which is rare to find in other KFC's. It's nice when the institution has such an approach to work, I'll definitely come back!

This is not the first time I have visited this place, and once again I am amazed by the quality level of the product! This is probably the only restaurant where everything is fresh, the chicken is juicy, and they don't cheat with the burger ingredients! Everything is very tasty!
If I lived closer, I would go every day!
It used to be normal in the Europe shopping center, but they sank a little, I hope this doesn't happen here!

It is a pity that we have to deal with such a service!! I placed an order in the app, waited an hour for an SMS to arrive about the cancellation of the order. When calling the call center, they said that the order was canceled for technical reasons and it was not worth ordering for another hour. And if I order in an hour, it's also not a fact that they won't cancel. We added delivery, but in fact it is not!! And if there is, then in 3 hours!!I was very unhappy with the current situation!(((

Two stars purely for the comfortable sofas, and so sit for 15 minutes waiting for an order and when there are no people at all and your order and someone else's order are hanging on the scoreboard, and then they bring it cold to you, well, I don't know, maybe I got such a shift, but that's what it is.

The service is disgusting. I came to a new shopping center, decided to go to the KFS. I stood for 20 minutes, it turned out that there were no wings, no legs, nothing. We survived, in the KFS, where they sell meat, it ended. So, and they tell you this after placing an order. Idiocy

I'll write a review, since I've already stayed here anyway. I left an order for basket and thrips today at 20.04 with minimal workload. At 8:30 p.m., he reminded me of himself, with zero reaction. At 8.45 p.m., after the second reminder, the order was collected. Basically, never set foot here again.

I'm sorry, of course, but what happened a couple of years ago and what's now... There is no comparison .1 time I took the bytes were delicious , but today the bytes were dry and half without meat were lumps of breadcrumbs, and the strips are generally silent, these are not strips but some kind of nuggets.

I made an order online for pickup on 01/13.25, it was made, the package was sealed, given away, went to the table, opened no potatoes at all, gave the potatoes, thought everything was on it, opened the package at home and there was only half of the nuggets from the order.
I don't recommend this place.

With a minimum number of people, the pie was given with the wrong taste, the coffee was covered with a cracked lid, and the hoodie was filled. There was a stale patty in one of the burgers. Unfortunately, KFC has never been known for its speed, but here it's just a matter of principle to wait for coffee, ordering not 2 or 3 times for 7-10 minutes, when there are practically no orders, it's tough....
