The point itself is not super bad, mostly the chicken is fresh and looks nice, but there are big disadvantages.:
1. On weekends or in the evenings, you can wait 20-30 minutes for an order (the record is 44 minutes on a Saturday evening)
2. Paid positions are often not reported. Yesterday I placed an order for ~ 65 rubles, the wait took about 18 minutes (tolerable plus or minus), but they did not put two twister deluxe (I took the 5050 coupon 2 times and there should have been 4 pieces in the order, but I saw only 2 at home)
Yes, my mistake is that I did not check the packages on site, so I do not require any compensation.
It's just that this has already happened with a burger, but mostly it happens with sausages.

For a courier, such a waiting time is catastrophic, this time is not paid to the courier. Restaurants with such an organization of work should not work with delivery. It's just terrible...

A good point, I took a combo here for myself (burger, potatoes, drink), there were not many orders, my order was given in about 7 minutes. Everything was freshly cooked, surprisingly unlike other outlets of a similar network, especially French fries, even the butter seemed to have been changed exactly at the moment when I made the order.
The only thing I would like is for the breading on the meat to be a little less , otherwise it 's like you sometimes eat crackers and not a burger .

On 14.04, around 20.00, an order was made (2 duet basket), 20 minutes later it appeared on the scoreboard that the order was ready. They came to pick it up - they say it will be ready only in 20 minutes. And this is provided that there was no influx of visitors, literally 2-3 people in line.
We waited another 20 minutes, then went back to find out if it was ready. They said it was ready, but you need to add potatoes to the basket. We stand and wait. Potatoes were added to the basket and simply given to another person who made the order recently. They didn't even apologize, they just rolled their eyes when they said that they had been waiting for more than 40 minutes!
