For fans of this type of food, it's delicious fast. The room is large, there are few people and there is a drive. There is a small parking lot nearby, which is why it is a problem to park on weekends. I was very disappointed with the toilet (there are two of them): the entrance is only according to the code from the receipt and logically it should be clean, because they go to KFC, but there is a big problem with cleaning in both cabins. Stuck pieces of human life activity do not add to an unappetizing mood.....and for that three stars.

This is not the first time in a large box of French fries that potatoes are not reported to the desired gramming.
I wrote off the last 2 times for what I might have thought. But this time there were up to half a can of potatoes!?
Outweighed. It was reported.
They apologized, but the fact itself!
I also ordered a box with wings and small potatoes and sauce earlier. I took the order without double-checking and already in the car I saw that the potatoes were not put at all.
About the fact that sauces are not always put in boxes, it was also not once, but because I do not eat sauces, I did not make any comments that they did not report.
Conclusion: during the year, the service in the cafe has significantly deteriorated.
You need to double-check both the weight of the order and all the contents for availability.
In general, ugh, guys, it's not good to deceive people.

It just so happened that I haven't been here for a long time. And so on 12/24/2024, I decided to stop by and have a cup of coffee. What was my surprise when they put a glass of Coca-Cola on the counter and my number sounded. Just a cup of coffee and a receipt. I ask the girl for sugar, she looked at me as if I wasn't supposed to have it. After that, I decided not to take anything else here. I went nearby and got a shawarma.
If they can't serve coffee in a normal container, the question is, how do they cook? Let them try to drink hot coffee from a glass of Coca-Cola with pleasure. I had a drink in the car, but if I wanted to stop by and go. That would be a joke.
I would give one star for the service, but the coffee is delicious and has always been delicious. Therefore, two.

I do not recommend this place.
The tables and floors are all dirty, cola is spilled somewhere, crumbs are somewhere, potatoes are lying around. To sit down, you need to wipe the chairs and tables yourself.. No one cleans the trash cans full. The bathroom smells just awful of urine.
The food - the potatoes were rancid, very salty and not hot. The strips, wings and legs were very peppery and salty. The lid of the drink was in some kind of syrup. It was all just impossible to eat.
There was no one at the checkout, the self-ordering boards were turned off, and the light bulbs above the tables were not turned on. They came to the checkout a few minutes later. The order was collected quickly.
1/10! The KFS is now permanently closed to me. Everything was terrible.

The first time we encountered this in KFC.
When approaching the cashier, I heard that the cashier warned the visitors in front of him about waiting for more than half an hour (they of course left without anything, although they only asked for coffee)... I was also warned, but since it was raining outside, we decided to sit in the hall. I told the cashier that it was okay, we would wait. And she just left...
I had to wait for the cashier at the checkout for 5 minutes ... but when she came up, she pretended that there was no queue at all... she replied to my request to accept the order that she would not accept it now, since she was collecting already accepted orders (and there was one on the scoreboard... only 6 pieces). The queue grew behind me....
In general, after 10 minutes, the cashier still came up to us and warned us about waiting for 20 minutes...but I accepted the order (2 potatoes with sauce and fried onions + 2 cokes)))))
We waited the promised 20 minutes, admiring the view from the window.
Finally we saw our number on the white screen, we were glad))) but when they opened the bag of potatoes ...horror: the boxes are upside down and judging by the look of the food, it's also good to shake it, so far they've been informed - there's no way to compare it with the advertising picture ...
Okay, "hunger is not an aunt", they started eating... but the French fries turned out to be terribly salty, it was all covered in salt (I think a small teaspoon is for sure - it's too much for a standard box)
I can only say thank you for the iced Coke.
