But this is a nightmare, from the first minutes, there is an emptiness at the checkout, after a couple of minutes a disgruntled cashier comes up and barely serves one person, speaks slowly although there is a queue, she did not even smile greeting, and immediately wanted to leave, it was necessary to listen to intuition because after a 20-minute wait for an order, please note actively gave orders only the manager, they gave me an order without napkins and also with undercooked chicken. The leg was dark pink inside, when I went to inform about it, they began to prove to me that chicken meat should be this color when ready (to ask why then all the rest of the chicken is white, or to ask to prove its readiness with temperature, I did not think), in the end they still replaced this leg with strips, but with a face go *** please, when I finished the order and went to ask for napkins, which were not put!! I was given 3 napkins, although according to the norms they should be no less than the dishes in the order, and I had 5 items in the order!! I will not go to this kfc anymore, the rating is 5 stars

Guys, waiting more than an hour for an order is not the norm. I understand that there are fumes, but this is FAST food. I've never encountered anything like this before, never in my life. They work in the kitchen slowly and at a break. Only the employee Maria understood the scale of the disaster and tried to do something, for which she is grateful. The rest do not belong in the KFS, I'm sorry.

I waited for 3 chicken legs for 30 minutes, and not to say that there were a lot of orders in front of me. Gradually, even the orders that were made after me were issued. I arrived 10 minutes later, the number was not displayed on any scoreboard, I clarified at the checkout-the order was given. And everything would be fine, but instead of 3 original chicken legs (non-sharp), they put sharp ones :) thank you very much! Last time, we gave the overcooked chicken :)

For all the time that we go there, I would also like to say thank you to the staff of this KFC outlet for their politeness and responsiveness. Unfortunately, not all people consider it necessary to clean up after themselves in a self-service establishment.
