The most disgusting CFS I've ever visited.
We arrived with a group of friends at 21:20, everyone made an order and started waiting. The orders were about the same (a combo with a cheeseburger or a cheeseburger from anyone). All my friends took their orders and went to eat, and I stayed waiting. I stood for 30-40 minutes, the queue had already changed 2 times, and I was still standing and waiting. My friends had already eaten and were just waiting for me. When they finally bothered to give me the order, safely after that, as I went up to the second floor to eat, they simply kicked me out, under the pretext that we close in 10 minutes, although as if the opening time is indicated until 23:00. Thank you so much for such a wonderful service! And I am generally silent about the order in the places of eating. Shit on every table, no one cleans up, beer glasses and food packages with crumbs and leftovers. I think I've written enough to make you change your mind about going to this CFS.
The service is terrible, there are a lot of people in the evening, and there are almost no employees. We took 2 cocktails, stood for half an hour, because we made orders completely different and more difficult (which were ordered later than us). The drink was 1/3 all the rest ice!!

If the children wanted burgers, I go only to KFC, personally I like it more than in other famous fast food outlets, and the stranger saw the unloading of the goods, and the tags where it was produced, was satisfied.

I am writing a review as a courier. Very often, all the items that are in the order are not reported to the order. Customers call me and complain about why there is not enough in the order. Plus, very often a long wait for an order is 20+ minutes, which also affects customer dissatisfaction. Solve the problem. Double-check the orders before giving the order to the courier. Because I will put units and write bad comments, every time there is a shortage and dissatisfied customers will call me.
They cheat at the checkout. Additional ingredients are silently added to the order. Check the prices and the receipt for the total. The cashier is rude and not interested in solving the issue at all. Very bad
We came to a fast food restaurant, but the service is not fast. The terminal does not work, it does not accept cashless payments. We waited about 5 minutes for the order, which resulted in: cold coffee was poured instead of sprite, potatoes were cold and not salty, the burger was cold. Only the bytes did not fail. As soon as they found out that the drink was wrong, I returned to the cashier with a receipt, saying, "that's the problem," the girl accused me of this problem, that I took the wrong drink. With a dissatisfied face, she poured a new one, I took it and left. I taste it, they poured ordinary mineral water. Honestly, the desire to go figure it out again disappeared, I decided to just leave a review here. I don't recommend it, it's better to go to a Domino's nearby or buy something to eat in the Green.
I work at the Arena City shopping center and sometimes I go to this KFS for lunch. The burgers are cold, the chicken is oaky, the potatoes are sluggish and not crunchy. I'm not talking about slow maintenance

The bacon was not put in the deluxe burger, the lettuce leaf is old and darkened in places. There are also complaints about potatoes. Obviously the fresh potatoes were mixed with the old ones, I wouldn't be surprised if they were from yesterday. Disgusting.
I really love KFS, but this restaurant in arena city always fails. It's not the first time they've served this kind of fried chicken several times. It tastes terrible, dry, overcooked, without breading. I take it out and I can't look at it right away. And when I open it to eat, I get very upset. Do something about it!!! And the employees themselves are not friendly very often. They often don't report something to the order.

One, two, three - preschoolers can count up to three, but it turns out they can't in a restaurant. Now what - should I take out wings and strips and count them at the checkout? And so they never put 10 wings instead of 9, they always under-lay... One more such joint and I will write a complaint. Although, I repeat, they cook normally.
Disgusting service, the girl at the checkout, if you don't like your job, please change it, because I come to eat in a good mood, and not to have it ruined instantly, that's the first thing. Secondly, work with a hand without gloves with potatoes, shove them into a box, you first work at the cash register with money, and then touch the potatoes, nothing was answered to the remark "put on gloves". They put the wrong sauce, sometimes it was possible not to throw it at me, but it's okay to say "sorry, here's your sauce, have a nice day." I work in the service sector, and I'm sorry, I don't allow myself to do this.
