I work as a courier. The only fast food restaurant where you can wait an hour for delivery. Even when there are no people, they cook for 20 minutes. Very long service. I don't recommend it. It is better to go to the KFS on Kirova 1.
While waiting with a friend for an order, the restaurant staff constantly shouted at each other, argued. The staff is absolutely not friendly, which is usually used to see in such establishments. We were served very quickly. When we went outside with the order, it was unpleasant to sit down at a table and even put the bag with the order on the table. Beer was spilled on the chair, the table was not wiped, everything was sticky. Such a picture was observed at every table!
How long have I known this place and what hasn't been there since Soviet times, there was a dining room at the old bus station that looked like a diner and here's KFC, frankly, not bad!!!
Terrible service. I ordered an Americano and cappuccino, waited for more than 15 minutes, and the ready status was marked on the screen more than 5 minutes before the actual issue. They also made a mistake with coffee and got 2 Americanos.
It takes too long to wait for an order. I came when there were no people at all, made an order, waited 30 minutes. After my order, a queue formed, after which the staff was in no particular hurry to distribute orders.

In the XXI century, in the modern world, we faced a situation when we came to a public place with children and in order to wash our hands elementary, it was necessary to place an order and there was a code on the receipt!!! from the toilet😄 The order was made for a long time with a small flow of customers. The toilet turned out to be small, narrow, and the doors are located in such a way that you cannot easily and freely enter. If someone suddenly feels the need, it will not be possible to do it quickly.
It is strange, because in the Republic of Belarus there is a rule that in any public institution, if necessary, you can visit places of basic necessity.
It was the closed doors that struck me the most, especially in such an institution.
Everything is cool!!! But there is one thing.. every other time there are warm potatoes, but you want hot ones, otherwise everything is great, both the service and the menu, the promotions are pleasing!!

The mud curled into the trays. We lost the order for the first time. The second one waited for two minutes, there was no one at the checkout. Then they came with their family and gave them cold French fries. In short, nonsense. Compared to McDonald's, it's just a Soviet canteen.
There are no complaints about the food, but about the staff... The people working in the kitchen are constantly shouting at each other about orders. People come to chat or sit quietly to eat, rather than listen to the staff swearing among themselves. And the cleaner was mopping the floor right under our feet. Well, we're eating. You can skip our table and wipe the floor in the aisle, etc. It seems like elementary things. Maybe it's just a matter of chance..
I ordered potatoes in a rustic way , a dark twister , a hot dog and a long cheese, they put it in half (only long cheese and twister) , for some reason they threw jalapenos there , although I did not take an additive there, took everything with me, hurried to the bus to St. Petersburg , I noticed the shortage already on the bus, no one I do not recommend this place, it is 0 out of 10000
