While waiting for the order, I decided to check with the employee how much longer I would have to wait, but there was no one (both the cash register and the distribution were empty). I got the feeling that this is a self-service restaurant. The chicken was good (spicy, hot). After we ate, I decided to find at least one of the workers to ask for water. It turned out that there was a shortage of water in our country, and they refused to cut me off.

If there is a manager here, then he clearly does not cope with his duties, I come here every time and the same thing happens every time, there is not enough staff, there is no one at the checkout, you wait for 10 minutes, the simplest burger has to wait for 20 minutes. I had to wait 7 minutes for one of the employees to come to the checkout and take the order. most likely, the problem is that from the kitchen, the workers do not see the cash register and do not see that people are standing there. and there are very few employees themselves, I counted three people for the entire restaurant. they gave out a Junior Burger - the chicken is so hard that it is very difficult to chew it. an additional portion of bacon is one piece that is half the size of a burger.....
I would like to praise at least the French fries, but they were icy and dried, it was also hard to chew ...

You go to the website and are immediately invited to place an online order. Which I did. But after debiting the money from the card, a cute voice on the phone informed that the order could not be completed and in general, expect a call from another specialist on money refund issues. Naturally, no call was received. The call center does not pick up the phone when an outgoing call is made either. Well, that's fine.
So we went to the address to order everything on the spot. The order was large, the lunch was over, of course, no one had much time. And not only did they forget to give drinks, until they asked for them several times, they didn't carry anything. We were waiting for these drinks, as if they were made in Sri Lanka and brought to us by train. And then a SURPRISE - they forgot to put the potatoes for us too.
Dear employees of this organization, please work more clearly. Everyone gets tired, but you need to be MORE CAREFUL!
We are looking forward to receiving feedback, especially regarding the return of a paid but not completed order.
