I didn't like the food competitively in this restaurant, I usually go and everything is OK, but here ... it's a complete disappointment. Bytes are few, teriyaki are many. The burger is unclear. Everything is cold. At first they forgot to put the potatoes at all, but in the end they gave them even then they were not salty and cold. The cheese sauce smelled strangely, like ketchup, with an incomprehensible non-tomato flavor. Keep an eye on the deadlines on your sauces. The order did not light up on the screen (getting ready) it never showed up on the screen (ready), I had to come up and ask if it would be at all. The base is that there was no roll for the receipt at the kiosk. You have to take pictures of everything. But this problem is not only here, but also in other restaurants. I did not expect specifically from the network of this institution that my opinion would turn into a negative review. I've always been very happy with the restaurants of this chain, but it was in this shopping center that he disappointed me very much.
A person at the assembly runs from the cash register, then from the counter to collect orders or to drinks. other chk and mng walk around and have zero reactions. They keep walking and walking. The trays ran out. although I didn't see any people with trays at all. I had to remind them to give me a simple drink order. I understand perfectly well that all orders are in the order of the queue, but still it is better to give a quick and easy order, so as not to fool yourself. the potatoes were completely spread out inside the bag. the buns were obviously overheated and the bean may have turned off only at the very end, although when it should turn off depends on its heating state. I am extremely unhappy and hope that everything will return to normal.

March 4, 2025 I made an order from a couple of items of a longer and a cheeseburger. The burger was fine, although cold, but this is a cheeseburger. Just awful (photo attached) These are not strips, but some pieces of bones with skin. I approached the employee at the pick-up desk and asked if it was okay, to which I received the answer that everything was fine, I just came across such a strip)))) then I was completely shocked. And I asked another employee the same question, but he already agreed that this was not normal and returned the money. This is not the first time I've noticed low-quality products at this kfs, and constantly cold food.
