The employee did not have a badge, the employee was wearing a cook's uniform, when asked to introduce herself, she gave her last name and abbreviated initials, I absolutely do not understand why. After the third request, she dictated the phone number of Kristina's manager through her teeth. I should note that the manager apologized for her employees, but her daughter's birthday was already ruined. I ask you to take disciplinary measures and notify me in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus. I will also leave a complaint to the SES tomorrow to check the situation.
