It's just bad against the background of their own restaurant across the street. The staff is very slow. You constantly need to check the order if you take it with you: they will definitely not report something. Either the sauce or the wrong portion size of potatoes. Recently, we took 9 spicy strips to take away, as a result, there were 7 in the box and half of the portions were hard and barely warm, half were just cooked. Well, just sadness, complete disappointment.
It is often not much cleaned up. 5 for 5 was not cleaned everywhere and they say that there is no longer a guest on the same day at kfc at a different address.
There are no complaints about the staff, except for one frame - the male administrator of the hall (in my opinion, his name is Valery or something like that). An absolutely uncultured boor who does not have to communicate with customers. Almost a "you" conversation with customers, and sometimes a "you". The temperature in the room now (January-February 2021) is between 15(!)-20 degrees. Instead of the old cool sofas, you can now choose between wooden chairs or some kind of metal stools. The tables are small, in general, no more than two trays can fit, and the large tables are poorly arranged and generally resemble a cheap eatery. In the late afternoon, homeless people, like pigeons, are warming themselves at the semi-warm batteries in the hall. The tables are cleaned somehow. In the evening, they generally forget about cleaning tables, hoping for a small flow of customers. There is one toilet for the disabled on the ground floor, which is constantly occupied by someone, and on the second floor there is literally one and a half meters between the booths and the entrance. If you want to spoil your impressions of the KFS, feel free to go to this "restaurant". And, well, the classic wet, slushy steps, on which I noticed about seven cases of people falling from them during ~ 5-7 trips to this abode of hell. Instead of wasting your nerves, it's better to avoid this place. It is suitable only if a toilet is urgently needed, although even with this option it will bring inconvenience and discomfort.
The food is disgusting, the potatoes are not salty, the strips are bitter, the bags are torn. The only thing that quickly collects and releases orders.
The service is just awful, the staff is sleepy flies, then they do nothing but talk, there are few orders, and the delivery time is 20 minutes >, it's just awful
Thank you for the QUALITY service, just to deceive, I made an order for 40 + rubles, (not for the first time) they are trying to deceive, not to report the burger. Carefully check the order if you take it with you!!!
I ran in to buy coffee in the morning, there was a problem with the terminal, money was debited twice. A young man, Anton, came out, picked at the terminal for 20 minutes, asked to speed up, since I was already late for work, this employee offered to take a picture of the receipt and return to the issue of refunding the amount later, that now he has a lot to do, there is no time for me, not that you have to go to KFS in the morning... A girl came out and decided everything in 5 minutes. The result: spoiled mood, late for work and wasted time! I ask the management of this branch to train this employee in the ethics of communicating with customers!

Long service, the chicken got caught like yesterday, if not worse. The wings inside are not ready, purple in color. They promised a regular customer card, called, said we would dial later when to come and did not call back. There are no questions for the CFS, but there are a lot of questions for the staff and chefs.
We came to please ourselves with a coupon for two twisters for the price of one. The staff was pleased and prepared everything quickly.
