The worst fast food restaurant we've ever been to!!! We made an order + beer for the promotion 2 = 3, as a result, we just punched 3 pieces. To a comment about this situation, the receptionist girl waved off and said: "the discount has passed!". We decided to count it again, suddenly we made a mistake and just accused the person, nothing changed, they just punched us 3 beers. We came up again, the same Administrator with a dissatisfied face still decided to return the money, without even apologizing for the situation, we are all people and there are different situations, it's not even about those 4 rubles, but in the very attitude of this woman to the client, you could just apologize and that's it, the issue would be closed !!!

Maybe they didn't have time to do it. They gave us a "-10%" card, I thought a nice bonus for waiting, but as it turned out, the next day, the discount card did not work for several days. Saying that this card was given yesterday, we were still given a discount and politely asked to return the discount card. Very unpleasant service! Across the street are Burger King and McDonald's, where the garage service is much higher! Choose according to your taste! I like your other points, but I definitely won't go to this one!
