Dusk, the light in the room is only at the checkout. I was the first in line, directly in front of the cash register - the cashier, after servicing the previous customer, did not pay any attention to me, went about his business at the next cash register. I waited for more than five minutes, I didn't get any apologies or a polite smile. I understand that the workers are tired, but this is their job. And after my own, going into an institution where beer costs like in a good bar, although it is bottled at 0.45, not 0.5, I want to see at least friendliness and service, not a favor.
Well, in the end, waiting 20 minutes for me to be given an order from one position, actually, beer, is just trash. It can be poured in less than a minute.

It was a matter of principle, because I personally can't eat anything in any form. And... Surprisingly, they were all sharp. 4. The devices were not given. We went and asked. There are also zero napkins. Again, they asked, they clarified that for three people. They gave me 4 napkins. Thank you very much, you probably got it out of your heart. 5. The setting itself. Wherever we try to land, it's freezing cold everywhere. It would be warmer to eat outside. There are more dirt than people. The toilet is closed.
Thus, I do not recommend visiting this unit of many of the favorite network of delicious chicken. There are much cleaner, friendlier and more attentive points.

In principle, nothing should be imposed at all. The strips have become small, I've been there three times in the last week - 60% of the strips are thin and only 3-4 cm in length. This is not normal at all, guys. I can't say anything bad about the rest of the meat, although when I ask what fresh meat is that has been cooked recently, they answer that everything is fresh. Of the cons:
1. Incomplete menu. In all the other restaurants I've been to, there's more choice.
2. They are almost always sooo slow to work. Employees are constantly distracted by extraneous conversations. Once I waited 10 minutes for a ready order, because an employee was flirting with a colleague.
3. Orders are often confused and something is not reported, or put in smaller quantities. It is always necessary to check and very carefully!
4. For some reason, the numbers of upcoming orders are constantly being removed from the screen. It's terribly inconvenient for everyone! When visitors enter the restaurant, they cannot estimate the load by the number of orders being prepared, and employees forget orders. A couple of times I was urgently given an order by receipt when I was already on my way to swear.
Of the advantages:
1. Clean.
2. They always apologize for their mistakes.
