It's terrible, firstly, the terminal for accepting orders is not working properly (the feed ran out and it just started to glitch with errors and some cancellations of orders without explaining the reasons for that, the terminal firmware wants the best), secondly, there is not a single person at the checkout, one guy runs around and tries to do the job in 3, but of course, he doesn't do it very well, third, there are 3 deliverymen from Yandex Delivery waiting for their orders in a common queue (as for me, they should generally be serviced separately), as a result, they spent 1 hour in the establishment to take 5 nuggets and limp French fries with them. Before you go to such an institution, think 10 times whether it is worth it!

There are no advantages at all!!!the children were not given fries, they did not even apologize, they took the trays themselves and moved them to the 2nd floor.The chicken was fried in last year's oil, it is not spicy, but bitter!!!There are cobwebs on the chandeliers, the aftertaste cannot be interrupted by anything for 2 hours.You won't wish it on the enemy!

If you order for two, then wait about 10-20 minutes in different ways, it all depends of course on the complexity of the order. There is a very large food court on the second floor, and it is also available on the street in summer. The service is excellent, the places are all clean, cleaning is constantly taking place. The food is very tasty, well, like all KFS.
I really liked it. I recommend.

Dear management, deal with the staff. French fries for takeaway have not been reported to us twice already. And two times, instead of the original legs, they put sharp ones. Last time, right on purpose, they said at the checkout that the original ones had run out, and instead of returning the money, they shoved the sharp ones in.

There are no complaints about the taste of the food. But for the second time in a row, they do not put positions in the takeaway order!!!
Last time 2 pies were not put in the order, and today instead of 3 standard French fries they put 2.
Last time I attributed it to a heavy workload, as there were a lot of people in the hall waiting for their orders. Sometimes they made a mistake...But TODAY we were in the morning and no one else was in the hall waiting for us. The order was revealed only at home, we will not return because of the missing French fries, but the situation itself is extremely unpleasant and outrageous!!!

This is the worst fast food restaurant. The waiting time for the order is about an hour. And there are always some problems. Either there won't be a receipt, or something else. There are people who do not know how to engage in dialogue, and the BUYER is trying to offer solutions to the issues. The most interesting thing is that there is always a long wait (it doesn't matter if you are alone in the hall, or a lot of people). We gave this place a chance several times, but alas, we no longer go there.
