It's terrible!!! I have been constantly going to this KFC restaurant for several years now and I constantly need to check what they put in for you, because every once in a while something is definitely not there!! The most terrible moment that made me write this review was when I came to this restaurant, made an order and sat waiting for it for half an hour somewhere. Then he disappeared from the scoreboard altogether. We waited another 15 minutes, well, maybe a glitch, anything happens, but we have already given all the orders, absolutely everything, even those that people made after us! We decided to come up and ask where the order was, they said to wait another 15 minutes, 20 minutes have passed, we approach, and it turns out they didn't even know that our order even exists!!! And only then did they start making it!! Then why were we told to wait any longer?? And they didn't put a basket of fries either. A terrible place with a lot of problems!...

Another time they gave a cold chickenburger, when asked why they gave it so cold, they threw it into the microwave to warm it up with a dissatisfied face.I pay for the food to be hot, not heated in the microwave!
But nuggets are always at the highest level!
