1. They cheated. I Asked For chocolate ice cream On The Mac. They said no. I asked for a horn. The horn sounded, and the strawberry ice cream - I didn't ask for it. They said at the issuance that there was no horn - but They sold It to me.
2. I asked for a chocolate muffin - it was not added to the receipt. Although the cashier repeated the order.
3. There are 2 coffees in the receipt: Americano 0.2 and icafe (I asked for a Glass). 4 sticks of sugar were supposed to be added to the coffee. They didn't put it down.
The lid of the 0.2 coffee is broken.
The lid of the ice cream is missing.
4. The schefburger is dry, there is almost no sauce, a bun is clean, a drop of sauce (not according to standards), instead of lettuce leaves there are 2 small strips and almost no tomatoes.
It's not tasty - I didn't eat it.
5. The potatoes were cold and sluggish.
I gave 111 thousand sums for the entire order.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and the food.

The prices are too high. An electronic order does not give a receipt))) you have to warn the cashiers that there is no receipt and memorize the order number))). I do not recommend it to students with an average PO, as they will not meet their daily lunch budget (or will not get enough).
The drinks on the menu with ice were without ice. This is inexcusable for the KFS trademark. You can come in and have a glass of coffee. The waiting time depends on the hour of the visit. During periods when there are no people, the waiting time is about 20 minutes for an average volume order (for 2 people)
