We stopped by, we thought to spend one night on the road, but this is a terrible hotel... Not a soul.
There's an old man on duty at the entrance, some kind of dangerous guy))
Is it really hard to make repairs and all the rooms will be full because the location is on the road.

You can characterize this place with the words "it's good that you didn't have to sleep in the car." There are no other advantages. There is no point in describing the room, it is as it is, a matter of taste. Cleanliness deserves attention: it simply does not exist. There is a bottle of water and 2 glasses neatly on the table with traces of fingers and lips. The bed linen is neatly tucked in, but it has already been used. There is no service. Why? Because there is no staff! There was only a caretaker in the hotel, a grandfather with poor hearing, without a phone, without communication with the management. Maybe they were closed? You ask. No. The hotel was open, lit up with all the lights and accepted reservations at the booking office. If you have the opportunity, choose another location for accommodation.

We took the simplest room for 8500tenge for two. The room is warm. There is hot water. There is a bathroom. The repair is tired, the mattresses are not the most comfortable.
But we guys are not moody)) We have been to many places and seen different things, this option fully justifies its cost.
As an option, stop for the night and drive on - great.

It's quite a good place to stay for the night. For Kazakhstan, 5/5 is even, but if you are from the developed regions of the Russian Federation, it will be 3/5 for you.
Purely relative, everything is there.
But everything is cheap. The toilet is trash, the bed linen is the cheapest.
Of the advantages, it seems to be sound insulation. Either there was no one on the floor, or there really is noise insulation.

They called, clarified the prices, and told us that we did not need to book. Upon arrival, we were met by an inadequate man, with completely different prices, referring to the fact that this is a suite for 11,000. When we said that we needed a room for 8000, as we had been told on the phone before, he began to call the hostess and solve this issue with her for 30 minutes, running around all floors and saying follow me. Being in a strange city at night out of desperation, we endured this madness. He switched to other clients several times and then went down to his room, completely forgetting about us. When my husband followed him again, he said that he would rent us a room for 8 thousand, on the way to the room he went into a busy room with clients. Barely remembering which room he wanted to rent to us and when we were already paying off, he again talks about 11,000rubles. By the way, the room was too far from the suite, two beds, and that's it, even there was one pillow, when we asked for another pillow, he said, I do not know where, I am a guard. Patience ran out, we went to another hotel
