From the point of view of the tenant, the business center is bad. The parking is very small, there is a very expensive parking nearby, not covered, it is closed on weekends. There are very weak air conditioners in the building - you can die in summer... In this area, there is often no cold water in the tap (and at the same time in the toilet). When there is water, it is better not to drink it from the tap, you need to buy bottled water. There is only one elevator in the building, small, cramped, stuffy in summer. The elevator is slow. There are two toilets on each floor - there are 40 people on the floor, there are often queues.

One of the few business centers where everything is really done for employees. The office is spacious and bright everywhere. There are quite a few parking spaces. In the basement there is a separate room equipped for a dining room. On the territory of the business center, I was surprised by a corner called "Instead of Smoking", especially for non-smokers and those who follow a healthy lifestyle, in general, you can get pumped up)
