The store staff does not observe professional ethics: they are rude to customers, hang up on them during a phone conversation, give contradictory information every time, deceive customers, impose services that they do not need. The situation is as follows: during the repair work, we used keramin tiles from the Venice collection. The tile was purchased in Minsk. During the bathroom cladding, the tiles were slightly missing. We began to search all the retail outlets in Minsk for the missing number of tiles. Unfortunately, there were no tiles anywhere except the store in Baranovichi. And that's where our suffering began.For 2 weeks, we were unable to buy tiles that were available in this store. Sellers gave different information every day. Due to the fault of the sellers, they came several times specifically from Minsk to Baranovichi, but they could not buy tiles. Some said that it was there, the second said that it was not there, and the third offered the services of a designer who would make a design project and sell all the decorative elements from this collection that I do not need. So much for keramin... Here is a demonstration of the work of the sellers and the sales department... That's the attitude towards people... We had the honor to communicate with a consultant named Ilya. Ilya turned out to be a man who does his job poorly, dishonestly, lowly. I do not like conflicts, but in this situation I will have to resolve this issue in higher authorities.
