I booked two rooms on the eve of arrival at this hotel. An hour before arrival ( and the road was long , we were traveling from St. Petersburg ) , I received an email about the cancellation of the reservation. I contacted the hotel via messenger, they replied that the reservation was canceled and they would not be able to accept us for technical reasons. The impression of a vacation , in principle , immediately deteriorated .Tired , from the road , we drove and looked for a place to stay .. It is a pity that there are such unscrupulous hoteliers who, for the sake of their own benefit, spit on the plans and time of the people who chose them. We won't even look in your direction anymore))

We stayed at this hotel for 9 days and were very satisfied. The hotel is modern, new, comfortable, cozy. Insanely hospitable, helpful staff.
My family and I traveled by car and arrived at 3 a.m. on the day of booking. The receptionist and the owner of the hotel met us. We confirmed our reservation, although we were afraid that the reservation from the booking would not be genuine. We were notified that there is a reservation, but from 13 00 of the day , which is logical. But the owner did not allow us to spend the night in the car and settled us in another room for the night, which we were surprised at, because the initiative was his. In the morning, the sweetest girl from the reception Mariko directed us to breakfast.
The hotel itself is located on the first line, but the entrance goes to the second line, not to the embankment. The restaurant is located outside the hotel right on the beach. The restaurant deserves special attention. Modern, with panoramic windows, new, cozy, the best restaurant on the nearest coast. Breakfast includes porridge/omelet with cheese to choose from, a plate with Sausage, nuggets, vegetables, boiled egg for each person, a common plate for the family with pancakes, cheese, butter, cottage cheese, strawberry jam and delicious Georgian bread. Many people did not like the monotonous breakfast, personally our family was not confused, because such an incredible, delicious breakfast can be eaten every day all year round. Tea/coffee is also available to choose from. During breakfast, non-hotel guests are not allowed to enter, so lack of grip has become excluded. You can also have lunch and dinner there according to the restaurant's menu. The rest at the Kent hotel left only positive emotions. Spacious, clean rooms, with daily cleaning. Clean bed linen. A set of bath towels and a separate set of beach towels, which are changed every day. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, replenished at the end. On the beach, for hotel guests, next to the restaurant, there is a separate area with sun beds, where, when you are located, a person immediately approaches you and puts umbrellas for a comfortable stay. The sea is clean, warm, transparent
For 9 days of rest, no disadvantages, minuses, negative emotions were found here! The rest was impeccable, for which we thank the staff! We recommend this hotel to everyone for a comfortable stay

Greetings from sunny Kobuleti! July 2023 ;) this time Georgia greeted me with a hot sun ( 35 in the sun) and a warm sea of 26 gr! And I also got to the great Kent Hotel! Well, to talk about the hospitality of the hosts .., Just pour water! Great nice people! Solving all the questions on the first appeal ! Perfectly!
About the hotel: I liked EVERYTHING!
Number 14 ( I advise everyone to have a Jacuzzi on the balcony, you can do gymnastics ! A big room! TV, great shower, change of towels every day! A towel for the beach every day! NEW ONES! Wifi is certainly not for super PC games! But the ability to change the connection to different points gives a good Internet connection! TV ( many channels )who needs it... refrigerator kettle coffee tea! 2-3 bottles of water every day! Just the European standard! Great!
Next : the peculiarity of the hotel is that breakfast takes place in a restaurant on the shore 50 meters away is not a problem !!!
There are panoramic windows it is always cool excellent cuisine you can look at reviews on the Internet Kent restaurant !!!
Breakfast is very convenient from 9-11 ! You can get up earlier , dive into the sea and then have breakfast ! Breakfast is not gluttony of course! But that's all you need ! Excellent coffee with a turk ;) you can add any dish to the standard breakfast set;)
The beach! Like most of the coast, it is rocky and pebbly! For those who do not like to walk on stones, you can buy special shoes for 10 GEL! (online course)
Sun beds and umbrellas from the hotel are included for hotel guests! WiFi is available on the beach next to the restaurant!! It was a great addition to spending time on the sun beds ;)
The hotel is located ( which is very valuable to me ) at a distance from the center of Kobuleti, so there is no noise, no loud music and evening festivities of tourists! Silence and good sleep are guaranteed! If necessary, you can hang out along the sea (12 km long embankment )walk to any noisy and fun place ! You can have dinner and lunch at the Kent restaurant! The prices are acceptable!
You can walk to the center and find a cafe for every taste and budget! So: I 100% RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! ( I agree that it is not the cheapest ) but for this price, I received many services that fully satisfy my needs!

Very nice hotel, original design, rooms are well planned. The Jacuzzi tub on the balcony is just a feature. Clean, very friendly attitude. High-quality plumbing, refrigerator in the room, safe, there are beach towels in the room. Nice pool. The restaurant is simply magnificent with its views. The food is varied and delicious. The breakfasts are continental, hearty and well served. By the way, a wonderful homemade wine. I really liked it.

I liked the hotel, but I didn't like the owners. I would like to return, but not to this hotel. The rooms are modern, the restaurant is very tasty. Unfortunately, there is no parking near the hotel, there are 4 parking spaces in front of the entrance (actually 3), the owner insisted on getting close to another car, as a result of which our car was scratched by a neighboring car (when they opened the door), there is a very unpleasant trace in the middle of the door. The car is new, it hasn't even been there for half a year. I am silent about the apologies of the culprits, they are not expected to admit guilt, but the owners surprised me. They did not try to resolve the conflict, they simply did not apologize. Everyone looked like fools that we called the police and so on. It is very unpleasant to receive disrespect for such a price. Respect to the restaurant, but the hotel leaves much to be desired. The hotel has no access to the beach, the exit is further away, near the restaurant (you need to go further, through 2-3 neighboring hotels). The sea is clear. The most interesting thing is that after the trouble with the car, we were told at the reception that, IT TURNS out, there is Parking. "Didn't you drive it? She's over there, on the other street." Thanks, the impression is ruined.

I stayed at this hotel for only a day! The attitude is cool! The girl at the reception is just a miracle and sings very beautifully) helped me carry my bag)
Puppies live in front of the hotel entrance, the staff takes care of them, which says a lot)))
the rooms are large and spacious, I got not the best view, but a very decent room. So it's not bad to live in it, we were in different hotels in Cabuletti, here is one of the best where we were for this price tag. And to be honest, there are advantages everywhere. That's just that there is no delicious food in this region, there is not even just edible food (((( There is nothing at all ((( everything is sooo not tasty ... or I was unlucky with food in Georgia
In general, things are much better in Georgian resorts in Russia)

Overall a good hotel.There is a private area on the beach with umbrellas and sun beds, included in the room rate.There are special forms for breakfast at the reception.You fill it out and your order is delivered to you in the morning.There is a hotel restaurant on the shore with huge windows and a friendly atmosphere, and the food there is simply amazing, especially chicken kebab and kebab.The rooms are relatively new, but there are already small joints in the form of strange holes and other similar things. There was a faint musty smell in the room. There is a swimming pool, but we did not go there, we preferred the sea.It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea.There is a small parking lot for guests near the hotel.Overall, it was good, but I didn't really like the price-quality ratio.
