Beautiful photos on the booking that do not correspond to reality.
On the day of check-in, the staff spoke only Turkish (English, Russian - mimic).
Firstly, the room was in terrible condition:
Complete unsanitary conditions! dirty (hair, debris, rust and fungus), with damaged furniture and a non-working air conditioner that makes a lot of noise! And a bed with a mattress deserves special attention (stains under the sheet and an oak mattress) + the bathroom smelled wildly of sewage.
The food also left much to be desired! It does not match the photos on the booking at all!
(The menu consists of: cucumbers / tomatoes / 2 types of cheese / French fries / olives and pastries (rolls)).
I'm not talking about the coffee machine with ants at all!
(At first, they thought that the ants had climbed into the coffee from the table... but no! And when asked to deal with the situation, the staff said that they know that there are ants there and do nothing)
Overall, the hotel did not meet its stated expectations with beautiful photos. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not return here again.
P.S. Do not think that we were unlucky with the room and that we are picky! We are traveling with friends this time, and there are two couples of us — everyone was shocked by the level of this hotel. (We were shown other rooms too - but! Unfortunately, all the rooms are the same!)
