Dear visitors who wish to visit this guest house, drive by, scroll through all the ads with this house that meet you in Internet sources. These rooms, for example, a Suite, do not correspond to reality at all, the owners do not understand what a Suite is and what criteria imply the status of a Suite. Pointing out all the shortcomings to the owners of the "brothel", they asked for a refund in order to leave this terrible institution, which was practically denied to us, i.e. we will return it for one day, not for others, they explained this by saying that we stopped by and it doesn't matter how much, then pay for a day. Police officers were called to us, and probably, unfortunately, the owners resolved the conflict in our direction. We received a refund with only the amount deducted for the hours we were there. So these owners of the "brothel" did not calm down, they informed the traffic police that we left them driving a car under the influence of alcohol. I would like to note that the owners of the Russian nationality. The stated WiFi is missing in the room, they explained this by the fact that there was a thunderstorm 5 days ago and something happened, note 5 days ago, and they are not itching to restore, they said this is not the most important thing; we heated the kettle on the floor, because its wire does not reach the outlet, then they found somewhere there is some kind of extension cord under the table in the closet, they said you need to ask, although I told the administrator that you can't put some kind of table, she said, well, somehow, and the extension cord was already found with police officers, the TV only comes with Kazakh channels, it's also not their fault that-then they intend to connect additionally, learn all the Kazakh language; on the common terrace-the balcony was not cleaned, there were bulls on the table in the ashtray, and it is impossible to go barefoot to the terrace there the floor was painted last time in Soviet times, the paint remains all on your feet. The rooms are dirty, there is no cleanliness, in the hotel itself, too, the cleanliness is superficial. I hope my review will help someone, because all the excellent reviews about this poorhouse are definitely from the owners themselves, or from their employees. You will not regret passing by, and the room costs an exorbitant 52,000 tenge, or 10,000 rubles per day.
