Good afternoon to all readers of the reviews! I don't really like to write reviews, but it's boiling over here. In general, I was looking for a hotel for 5 days. So that you can come to relax in a comfortable environment, take a shower, etc. after a working day. I chose this hotel exclusively by location so that it was close to work and reviews, which is 4.5 points.
So let's start with the advantages, which are not many.
1. All good reviews are reviews of guests who had a good time on the ground floor where they have a sauna and a sauna.
2. Friendly and friendly staff.
Now let's move on to the cons.
1. This audibility is just a kick-ass, gentlemen, you can hear the door closing on the first floor where they have a sauna and a sauna. Now imagine if I hear the door closing on the first floor on the second floor, then imagine what happens when karaoke is turned on to the fullest, it's just impossible to be there.... I stupidly couldn't sleep without even sleeping for a day after the road. Even the headphones didn't help. And it was 8 or 9 in the morning. I can imagine what happens on Friday and Saturday nights.
2. Rooms in this hotel in "quotes". Considering the cost of 8000 tenge per day, he wishes for the best. Honestly, I wouldn't pay 3,000 for such a room. The first is dirt, it's everywhere. Yes, the linen is clean, washed, but it is so worn that it is about to tear all stained.
I still did not dare to go into the shower to wash, although my first desire was to go in to wash after arriving. But the desire disappeared after seeing black mold from floor to ceiling.
Separately, I want to note in large letters THAT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SLEEP ON THE BED!!! The metal bars will rest against your back. The only way out of the situation is to lay a blanket that is not there or sleep dressed, the benefit was a jacket in it and tried to fall asleep, but alas it did not work because of the loud sound.
In general, after checking in at 7 a.m., I moved out of this "black hole" at about 10 a.m. to a hotel in the center of Astana.
I want to say one last thing. Maybe as a sauna or a bathhouse, this is a good place. But for those who want to relax, I strongly advise against it.

It's a terrible hotel. It's dirty, the cobwebs on the ceiling just killed me. The bed is gray and washed. But in the end, my nerves gave out when the karaoke started yelling. It's just a nightmare.

We go here with friends to the sauna. I like underfloor heating, steam, billiards. And the service is normal.
