My mom died, and she had a kcell number that she had been paying for for the previous 20 years. I came to the salon,
I wanted to reissue the room for myself. I had a death certificate and a copy of my birth certificate. I was told that a copy wouldn't
work, I needed the original. The original has long been lost, the document is more than 50 years old, not surprisingly.

Kcell is dealing with bureaucratic delays. While any company that respects its customers creates all conditions and improves services, Kcell makes absolutely no difference whether the customer is comfortable or not, whether he is satisfied or not, whether the customer leaves for another operator or stays with them.
I do not recommend using the services of this company to anyone!
