Good business hotel

Excellent hotel, friendly and sincere staff, excellent food in the restaurant, cozy spa area with pool and sauna. The rooms are small, it's even a little cramped for two, but this is the very center of the city.Nearby is the local Arbat, where you can walk, the shopping center, supermarkets, shopping centers, the Green Bazaar, the Rahat confectionery factory with its branded candy store.
I love coming to Almaty, I love Kazzhol, I feel like a truly welcome guest here.🥰

Everyone is polite, they will always help solve any issue. The hotel itself is also pleasant, clean, and the food is delicious.
The location of the hotel is good, you can go for a walk. Nearby there is a shopping center, an exchange, cafes.
For me, the disadvantage is that the rooms are small. As well as there is no sound insulation, because it is very audible how people are talking in neighboring rooms, or someone is talking loudly walking down the corridor.
