I found an offer from this Kazakh operator in the Tourvisor system, applied through a travel agent, filled out the data and received a refusal in the evening without explanation. I suspect they put up a non-existent TOUR. Well, if they play like this when entering the Russian market, then, as they say, "we don't need this kind of hockey."
