There's always a huge queue. If you stand in one window, they can send you to the second one. And there's only one queue. Of the three or four parcels, two will be given out, the rest do not want to search. No, that's all. Then I have to go back and wait in line for half a day. Is it really impossible to collect parcels by the name of the addressee or by the address in one pile ? We gave away two small ones, and I searched for two big ones for thirty minutes. I've detained so many people. They didn't even have time to pick it up or send it before lunch. There are such terrible steps at the entrance and exit, icy, not cleaned for a hundred years, you can easily fall and get injured. As soon as the parcel arrives, the longing attacks from the fact that you have to go to this post office.

The QasPost app is not working. Parcels are not tracked. The post office is a mess, an international parcel arrived without tracking, and it was there for I don't know how long, there was no notification.
There are only two people who work on delivery and reception. Sometimes alone. They have to listen to people's discontent. The queue is long. It's cold out there. There are no large boxes or envelope packages. The program sometimes doesn't work for them, they have to fart to another mail.
On the positive side: the price of the service is reasonable, not expensive.
Where are the bosses looking?! Why is the 3rd cashier not allowed in during rush hours?!

Hello.I've been there a few times.Their biggest problem is always with the Internet.Sometimes it freezes, sometimes it doesn't work at all and you stand there for hours.The last time I stood with small children for almost 2 hours.
