Kazpost office on Shakhterov 5/1Karaganda. The service is at a very low level. The staff is rude. Kazpost is a large company that is developing, but unfortunately does not have time. Previously, there were 3-5 checkpoints in the city of Karaganda. But now everything is closed and does not work anywhere. There are supermarkets of parcels and it is also not entirely clear where you take it yourself, where they do not let you go on the shelves and give the parcel, and you stand and wait for this grandmother to be free, but she usually takes her time, also swears))). The ideas seem to be good, but the implementation is lame. Once I saw that the exchange rate was low, I went to kazpost to change the currency, in the end I regretted it, I sat for 25 minutes filling out papers, some kind of incomprehensible bureaucracy, it takes a lot of time and, accordingly, funds, employees spend most of the time doing paperwork, and people are waiting, so everyone is always angry at the post office
