Probably the best branch in Kokshetau, always clean, the staff is polite, always at work. There is a parcel supermarket. If only the programs had always worked +5 would have been provided b) but this is a global problem.
I often pick up parcels here. The staff is friendly, there are almost no queues. However, there were cases when parcels were lost. One package was found 5 months later.... It's just a caper
