It is especially convenient to send a lot of parcels. He came, left a package with parcels, left. An amount was sent to you on WhatsApp - I paid through Caspi. Comfortable. There is no need to stand in line, wait until all parcels are weighed and entered into the database. The main thing is, before sending, you need to fill out a postal form through the Kazpost website and glue it to the packed parcel.
Good staff, some like it, some don't, everything suits me. If you respect people, then you will be treated the same in most cases.

I left the scooter near the entrance to the post office, to which the girl operators made a remark, "Uh, man, leave the scooter there," and pointed to the entrance. First of all, I will not tolerate being addressed in the form of the letter E, and not only because I am twice the age of those girls, but also because it is banal and uncultured. But apparently this is a normal practice in Kazpost. I made a counter remark that both girls were sitting without masks on their faces, although no one canceled the mask regime in the city. One immediately put on a mask and began to serve me, the other began to be rude in response. Other visitors of the separation also made a remark, but the girl did not let up and continued to be rude to other visitors.
Perhaps I would have ignored this incident, but this is a department... Rudeness among the staff of this department has been elevated to the rank of commonplace. At least read what they write about your department in reviews on 2Gis, on Yandex or on Google.
