The staff is very attentive, I personally have never heard a bad word from them. If you need to receive a package, then the girl, the operator, probably gets up and, without unnecessary words and emotions, goes and delivers the package.

They leave an hour before closing time. Rude, mean, and extremely impolite. It's not clear what they get paid for at all.
