The departure has been in this place for almost 4 days. It took 3 days before this mail, I was told delivery within a week. But how did I get sorted to this address and everything has been quiet for 4 days, longer than it was before. When will you send it already? How many times can I call and find out ? Everything is normal and fast, and this is the second time this has happened

The international parcel is in this sorting point, after passing through customs, for 24 days. It is no longer relevant, because everything for the child is seasonal!!! It's a complete disgrace!!! You are not fulfilling your obligations!!! And for very decent money.
