The service leaves much to be desired. They work terribly, you order to a specific address, but the staff of the central post office do not find it necessary to send parcels as expected, and leave them at home. The message comes that the parcel has arrived at the post office you need, but in fact it is at the central post office, where there are constant queues, the program freezes.

The organization "put out the light", 6 cash registers, two work even during rush hour. Cashiers fight hunger in the morning, sleep in the afternoon!!! It is better not to trust the Kaskelen branch with financial issues, you will come sleepy in the morning and unhappy in the evening!!!

The service is at zero, the aunts at the cash registers are sitting yelling, they don't really explain anything, they ask questions in a rude way and send them back. This is terrible, superiors take action.
