The work schedule is on the doors:without a break. There is no one inside at lunch except the guard and the exchanger. An ordinary rural post office. There's a mailbox outside with the door ajar. There are no such people left anywhere in Kazakhstan, although they exist everywhere in other countries. Why was such a simple self-service service removed? So I would have put it in the mailbox myself and this negative review would not have appeared. And the work schedule is inconvenient for all normally working people. And there are no primitive services. Moreover, the picture in other branches is no better with the service. But there is a substitution of employees for lunch time.

Today I came for the parcel, at 12.15, the parcel was paid, the department was closed, the operators did not know when, there was no one to release the parcel ....., I did not receive the parcel. The service is terrible
