Good afternoon, I am very unhappy with the work of the post office in Kokshetau, I often use the forwarding service, I show the postal code in the address next to the accommodation, but the parcels arrive at the central post office, where there is no parking or entrance, it is very inconvenient, I have to go and carry heavy parcels far, I am a disabled person of the 1st group and even more so it's hard, I wrote, I asked them to fix the place in the address, there is no home delivery, it's very bad, I'm not happy, thank you

I go to this branch of Kazpost for parcels, always good service, courteous staff. Convenient location in the city center, the working schedule includes a Saturday afternoon.
