I sent a letter from the Russian Federation, registered in advance, so that it would arrive to the person before the New Year, as a gift, as a result, upon arrival, I spent two days at Kazpost, then the courier kissed the door and left, and the recipient himself had to go across the city to the pick-up point (why this one at all? the recipient's address does not relate to this branch in any way), where instead of hello, how can I help you, as an "additional bonus" they will tell you "you might not have come before the new year", is it possible to say something about the rules of business communication and the quality of services provided? If you don't like your job, quit, and don't talk nonsense!
