I came to this post office in the middle of the first working day, on Monday, expecting to see a very large queue there for both credit and for sending / picking up parcels. but I was even surprised that there were almost no people at all. there was a grandmother and grandfather, they waited calmly. the workers, despite the small number of people, discussed their own employees in a bad way. I came to pick up the parcel, as I did it for the first time, I was very stupid... the employee helped me, although it was clear that she was not particularly happy.
in general, I have no complaints. I did not apply for loans, and so on, since I am not 18 years old. but I'm picking up the parcels, and in principle I'm happy with everything. (since this is the only post office in our village...)
Endless queue, 1 constantly running window. Only the cashier girls are doing well, they are constantly smiling, joking, they do not go to conflict with the brawlers from the angry queue.
Probably the worst organization in Shemonaiha, there are constantly not enough operators or even one for the entire organization, some kind of constant red tape, it is very difficult to get an answer to the question of constant excuses and refer to third parties, I try to order nothing at this address easier to the village by mail service more qualified.
A regular post office, sometimes you have to sit in a queue when pensioners receive money.
