I used the services of this branch a lot during the period of active shopping and trading on Ebay and other sites. Before the "upgrade", the service was fast and not too boring. Now, as the so-called parcel supermarket has been made out of this department, everything has become bad. When ordering something small, looking for your thing in a basket full of the same little things from some Ali Express is a waste of time and effort. Parcels were often lost and the cell was not indicated, which made the search a worse challenge. And a couple of times my parcels were not put in the cells at all, but they actively sent me to dig into them. In such cases, only the very persistent poking of the staff helped to dig the parcel out of the bag in the corner. In cases when I was away, and parcels came to me, my relatives, with all my documents, could not pick them up (although, the question is, what is suspicious about a person with the same surname and with all the recipient's documents). In principle, they work well when the above circumstances do not happen. They serve you quickly if you catch your parcel. But this whole system with parcels in cells is unreliable and time–consuming nonsense, as for me, especially with the sometimes overlooked quality of work of those who sort parcels. Fortunately, it is now possible to use the postamates. And they certainly save time on receiving parcels. There are almost no complaints about sending. Except that the lack of the right packages is sometimes annoying. They sent garbage bags to the store once, because you can't just send them in a box. Why? What for? And who knows? UPDATE, 1.11.24 I'm lowering it from 3 to 1, because I haven't had such a fecal aftertaste after visiting a place for a long time. What's the point? I came to somehow pick up an order from eBay, shipped from Britain via Royal Mail without a track number. When asked if it is possible to find out if the parcel has arrived and where it is, the employee first says that it is impossible to find it without a track number, then that if we only stumble upon it. And then how do they receive parcels? I thought I could review all the cells, asked which row is allocated to a specific street, they used to do this. The employee began to say that there were a lot of parcels and there is no such thing now. And what is the logic? If there are more parcels, wouldn't it be more logical to sort them in an organized manner by some kind of rows-areas? I was ready to search all the rows, in that case, but in response to this I heard in a threatening tone that they had cameras there and it was impossible to dig into the cells. I already started asking what would happen in the end, how will you do your job, and this employee just switched to something, only abandoning that I was interfering with her work (which, judging by the fact that I was left without a message, she does not do). In short, we are very proud of all these progressive services, but in order to think over the details (in order to avoid the above-described situations), to work with the staff is fu, no, it's better to brag again how cool it is that we have self-service here. Disgusting. UPDATE 2: I called back, wrote about what happened and found the package myself. Hurray! You can't return the damaged nerves, but at least a birthday present for your wife will still fall into her hands. I will return one star for this, lol.

Hello! I visited the central branch for the second time Due to the fact that at the end of the year, there are a lot of people, only one operator works (sending registered letters) I waited for an hour, the queue did not move, One visitor only handed in a whole package of letters (maybe a chi or a notary) There was a chi in front of me, too, with a package of letters) I left without sending my one and only letter, Dear heads of Kazpost, it seems to me that you need to monitor the exits of your operators to work on such days

There are too few managers for such a large number of people. There are only 2 managers who receive emails. It takes an average of 20-30 minutes for each person to receive emails . Very inconvenient
