I don't know why they write badly about this department. I come here for the second time and I like everything. Nice cashiers Saule and Jauhar. I remembered their names because I had read some not very good comments in 2gis. I don't agree at all! They are sweet and smiling, and ready to help if help is needed.

The big disadvantage of post offices is that, apparently, from the point of view of economy, they have removed phones for feedback. Not everyone has the Internet to find answers related to postal services in any application. And the general call centers are often clogged and it is very difficult to get through. The staff, as usual, is quite qualified and polite. The overall score is 4.5 out of 5.

I regularly go to Kazpost for my parcels from AliExpress from China. A notification about the receipt of a parcel arrives on the phone and I go to Kazpost. Once the parcel was in the mail for more than 45 days and it was sent back to China. The service is slow. Every time there is a queue of 3-4 people to pick up the parcel. A lot of Almaty residents probably receive their parcels through Kazpost. The staff is polite. The location is convenient, not far from my house and the room is clean, bright, spacious

I have never encountered such a format before, when the racks are placed in the hall and the customers themselves are looking for their package and an employee checks the Qr-cod at the exit. It's a cool idea, because it helps to avoid queues.

The post office is no longer open at 15:00. And from 9 to 13, the queue is such that you can sit out all this time and still not get in. I came here twice in a whole day, spent time, money, nerves, but I couldn't send an ordinary letter for 100 tenge. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!

Very unhurried young ladies and a rude "head" (see appendix) of the department. The speed of the operators is two people per hour. After two hours of waiting, I couldn't buy postage stamps (that is, I didn't even send something, namely, buy stamps)!!!! After that, in a very rude form, I was kicked out (not I alone) from the department. Addition: yesterday, a woman who introduced herself as the head of the department was very confidently kicked out of the department, and today it turned out that the head was on sick leave and she was not in place (although the lady who was the "head" yesterday was in place). I can't think of another word for deception. If possible, I do not recommend contacting this department in any way PS: I have not seen such an attitude towards work, clients and deception in the offices of any delivery service, including Russian Post(compared to this branch of Kazpost, PR can generally be considered the elite of the highest category).
