I have received parcels in this mail several times. This is terrible! The woman on the issue is barely moving. The parcels are piled up, although there are shelves where they should have been arranged alphabetically or in another convenient order. This worker is messing around there, stepping on them, in general, there is no smell of professionalism there. One day I spent about an hour there to receive a package, and there were only six people in front of me. After that, I decided not to order anything, so as not to deal with Kazpost in Akmola.
The most terrible mail, but as soon as I started calling, everything was decided right away! The time is 10:00 there is no cashier and the woman from the parcels accepts payments! Parcels! Transfers! And so on!!! What kind of trash is this? Why is no one paying attention to this? And so this is the only kazpost in the country with repairs 😁
