I really like pizza, and I don't come here very often, and often the same pizza is cooked differently, and in this case it's more of a plus. Polite staff, orders are served fairly quickly.

We were at the event a couple of days ago, there were not just a lot of people, but a lot. In the far, small room, I felt like in a bathhouse. There is an air conditioner, but it works for no more than a minute (at 23 degrees), it just turns off and we had to stand by ourselves and try to revive it by constantly plugging / unplugging it from the outlet. We were practically suffocating. There is the same theme in the large hall with air conditioning, but at least we were able to open the windows there. The staff communicates with such intonation as "what did you want?". Their food is normal (there is something to improve). It seems that the interior is cozy, beautiful, it is clear that the owner is watching it and improving something. But the desire to visit this place killed the service. I used to think this place was normal, maybe even good. Now, definitely not. By the way, the faucet in the washbasin has been broken for a month) I just want to wish you good luck in finding customers.

Two or three times a year we come from Minsk to the village and on the way we stop here to eat.It turned out to be inexpensive and tasty to have a snack on the lunch menu. That year there were more edible dinners and the food was at least warm.Milkshake - whipped milk with a banana at room temperature, for 6 rubles we expected more.It seemed to us that he was without ice cream (stated in the composition), maybe it was added, but with a teaspoon.Everything is stable for the staff...nothing changes from year to year, there is a complete lack of service and customer orientation. They do everything silently, slowly and with a favor.The contrast after Minsk is very noticeable . I added one because of the pizzas, they took different, delicious and hot ones!

The staff is friendly, the atmosphere of the place is suitable for any age and temperament. The cafe-dining room is wonderful for complex lunches in the afternoon, in the evening an entertainment place with various snacks and hot dinners. You don't have to wait long for the order, pizza is 20-25 minutes, lunch is 10-15. The pizza menu is huge. For set meals there is a wide range and a variety every day.

There is no service!
The menu is meager, there is nothing to pizza about, it is extremely difficult to find chicken fillet. The waiter/cashier is unhappy, muttering to himself. The tables are not cleaned for 1-2 hours (bottles and plates are on absolutely all tables). The most interesting thing is that at 19.00 beer is already poured into plastic cups like at a stall. The selection of beer drinks is small and in general the establishment has nothing to talk about.

A great place, the kitchen works 100%, the food, pizza - I really like it, but the service, both at the bar and at the tables, is just terrible!!! The "aroma" of the kitchen remains on you and your things for a long time. In the hall, during lunch, it is always dark, dirty tables... A great bonus is that the establishment has delivery, which is very pleasing!!!

Being tourists, we ordered pizzas. After choosing from the menu, it was necessary, as it turned out, to go to the bar - to order yourself. At the bar, we were met by a girl, Sophia, who appeared there after 4 minutes of our waiting. In the process of accepting the order, her phone rang. At that moment, everything stopped for us and we became unwitting listeners to her dialogue, probably with her boyfriend. At the end of the 2-minute conversation, the order acceptance resumed, but from the beginning.
There are no napkins on the tables at all and nowhere, I had to use those in which the cutlery was wrapped.
Later I returned a glass of beer to the bar, it was light. I ordered a dark one - it was poured into the same glass. The presence of 50ml of light beer in the glass did not bother Sophia, as well as the greasy marks on it, on the handle. In the process of all this, I was forced to listen from the local "Casanova", what a fool I was to come with my wife - otherwise, he would have shown me the incredible "courtesans" of Birch. Of course, he called the courtesans completely differently, more obscenely. During the meal, they were forced to listen to music that was turned on ON the PHONE, turned on by vacationers at the next table - 3 women "over 35" with children. The songs were "Not a thief, not a fool ...", "I'll send him to ...". The lyrics of their songs have undergone significant changes relative to the original.
I hope there is a misconception that the city of Bereza consists of cattle who are not able to conduct a normal dialogue or cook specialized dishes for their institution.
