I regretted that I switched to their mobile connection. The application is not convenient, technical support does not solve the issues, makes the stupidest mistakes. I've already spent an hour trying to enable roaming and my issue hasn't been resolved. The support number that the manager calls me does not exist.

Oh.. it's a whole epic adventure in this company.you sit in line for 1-3 hours.there is no bathroom, no sink, no water.they serve for a long time.connection requests are accepted with pleasure.but in order to refuse the services of Kazakhtelecom, you will have to sweat.

Very poor service.It totally sucks.21st century.There is still a live queue.They don't give you a ticket.It is associated with a system freeze.If they get hung up, then when the queue comes, for some reason they give you a ticket.There's always a queue.They serve for a very long time
