The building is located in the city center on the one-way Abylai Khan street (near the Kazpost branch). The interior is clean and tidy, there are seating areas for waiting, payment machines so as not to wait in line for service. Operators serve normally, in 2 languages.
You can park a car in front of the building, but it's dangerous!
